Helion Technical Support Request
Helion Technologies’ support team helps staff at Helion client dealerships with technical problems, from a locked account to a DMS workstation that won’t connect. The support request form on this page sends the details of your problem straight to that team.

What to Put in the Description
Use the issue title for the short version, like “Parts counter printer offline,” and the description for the rest. Write it the way you’d explain it to a technician standing at your desk.
Where it’s happening. The store, the department and the computer, printer or system involved.
What happened. What you were doing when it started, plus any error message copied word for word.
Who it affects. Say how many people are stuck. One person locked out and a whole service drive that can’t reach the DMS are very different problems.
What you’ve tried. Restarting, signing out and back in, or anything else you’ve already done.

Common Questions
Last updated: October 2, 2026
What happens after I send a support request?
Helion Technologies’ support team reviews each support request and contacts you using the details you enter on the Helion support request form, so check that your email address and phone number are right before you send it. If the problem is stopping work, say so at the start of the issue title so the team can see how urgent it is at a glance.
Where do remote-support links come from?
Remote-support links come from Helion Technologies’ technician working on your support request. The remote-support download page that used to be on this website has been retired. If a link or a request to install remote-access software arrives when you haven’t asked Helion for help, or someone pushes you to act quickly, don’t click anything. Check with the Helion support team through the support request form first.
Why shouldn’t I include passwords in a support request?
Anything typed into Helion Technologies’ support request form is copied into email and support records, and credentials don’t belong in either. A password could sit there long after the problem is fixed. Name the account or system instead, like “my DMS login” or “the showroom Wi-Fi.” If you think a password has been exposed, say so in the description, leave the password itself out, and change it right away.
Can I use this form if my dealership isn’t a Helion client?
Helion Technologies’ support request form is meant for staff at dealerships that are already Helion clients. If you’re weighing managed IT or cybersecurity for a store or dealer group, request a complimentary IT and cybersecurity assessment and a Helion representative will contact you to schedule it. For anything else, use the contact page to reach the right team at Helion.
