Medical Coverage

Helion pays 100% of the individual employee premium for a high-deductible health plan with a nationwide provider network. Coverage starts on the 1st of the month after your hire date, and you can add eligible spouses and dependents.

Dental and Vision Insurance

Dental coverage supports preventive, basic and major care, and vision coverage includes routine eye exams, glasses and contact lenses. You choose the options that fit your family, with coverage for spouses and eligible children.

Healthcare Savings

A company-funded health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) helps offset eligible deductible expenses. A healthcare flexible spending account (FSA) covers qualified medical costs with pre-tax dollars, and a dependent care FSA helps with eligible childcare and dependent care.
